Bambino!

Yes, if you don't complete @Deep... it would be as a crime against humanity. It's one of my all time favorite shows... ever.

I'll finish it, don't worry. Just takin' a break. Besides, I lovin' the Akira character.... that and Masayuki Izumi in cat ears is too cute! <3

Ah, I decided to finish Episode 5 (since I started Kurosagi in the middle of it) today since I had a bit of free time. Bambino is full of these freakin' long dramatic scenes with no dialogue...but it's hard to look away, haha. The show is pretty good for anyone who has a goal in life. ;)

Sweet. Thanks for the link.
I actually started watching Akihabara finally...
Finished 2 eps, and I was loving it til the end of ep 2. I just don't really care for the situation going on....but hopefully it'll get better. ^_^;

WATCH IT!!!:169:

No one's seen this show? :(

I've finished the first two episodes. It's great so far; the acting is great. I especially love the character played by Kitamura Kazuki (also Nakagomi Takeshi of akihabara@deep). MatsuJun is great as well. ;D The drama itself is interesting, since most of it takes place in a kitchen. It's really artful and emotional.

BON did a fantastic job, the subs are quality. Me likes! The message from the show is clear too...work hard! haha, the show's inspiring me to get off HJU and finish my college apps. XD But yeah...I'm liking it so far. ;)

If I was gonna start watching this show, it would be for him.....kuu ku ku ku! :P

I kinda have a goal in life, do I qualify? lol

haha.

KU KU KU KU~!

If you've ever aspired to anything, you can relate to this show. It's all about achieving your dreams...as cheesy as that may sound. And surprisingly enough, the best scenes take place in the kitchen or in the restaurant. Everything else is slightly boring.

It can also be a refresher for those of us in the work world to want to aspire to something better/more.

I just finished ep 11 lastnight, and all in all this is a great dorama. My favorite thing about it was that Yonamine was WAY different than Nakagomi---I hated the ku ku ku laugh. Thank God he never does that. He does wink and smile alot though......and in one ep he has a blonde bring him to work in a Ferrari. XD

SK, you're unbelievably fast. :D

Yep, no trace of Nakagomi anywhere. He was the complete opposite: suave and a really likeable guy. The acting was beastly.

Did the ridiculously long drawn-out dramatic scenes bother you at all? (i.e. the 15 minute scene of Ban lying in the rain)

Yeah. Ban's acting could sometimes be rough. But I think what got me really was when he would like scream just randomly "YOROSHIKU ONEGAISHIMASU!" "ARIGATOU GOZAIMASU!" and then take a deep 5min bow. @_@ It didn't seem to me like he's quite used to acting. His smiles were kinda fake. XD

Well, I'm still glad MatsuJun got that role. He's one of better actors out of the music artists group who play in dramas. Now that I'm almost done, I really can't see anyone else in the role of Bambi.

I enjoyed the first three episodes; Episode 4 turned me off completely since it didn't take place in Baccanale. Plus, there was a bunch of over-drama. It was the only episode that I really hated Ban, lol. After Episode 5 it picked up, with Ban being a waiter and having to work his way up.

Just finished 8; have three more to go. Ban + Dolce = awesome episode. I'm glad we got more background on Oda-san...the guy creeped me out for the former half of the show. But he's hilarious, the way he acts...I'm pretty sure about this show now, haha. Love it.
