FYI, Blade is Silver, and never used his Mach Card in show excluding in the Decade series.

And even if it was in Decade (it could've been in Blade, but I don't remember, it's been a while since I've watched), it was still used. And Blade is still blue. What you said is like calling Diend black.

Kuuga Dragon also increases speed.

The only other Blue Rider I can think of is Knight Survive (thanks to B Samurai), the G-series (except G-4) and Agito Storm, Ibuki and other Oni Riders I may not know about, Drake, Urataros and Den-O Rod Form, Kamen Rider Kiva Garulu Form, and any of Double's Trigger forms.

But hey, I'm not forcing you to do anything. I'm just bored.
