Nah, he lived with his aunt and his uncle (separately) and neither of them actually gave a **** about him so they just assumed the other had him. Or something like that.

Animorphs was my first fandom, when I was like, 7 or 8. I still have really really horrible fanfics written in purple glittery mini notebooks from fourth grade :laugh: My mom gave all the books away without asking me though, so my complete collection is now only three books :disappoin Totally more than excited for this rerelease though! Particularly if they're updating the references and everything...
Now they should make a new TV series. My mother wouldn't let me watch them when it was on TV because it was "inappropriate" and I could never find the VHSs, not to mention they didn't release all the episodes anyway I think...

I think I might try to pick up these rereleases when I can. Would be neat to have decent copies of them. Already collecting the new super long running series that seems to be popular these days, the Warriors series, so this will be a cool addition to that. Ohoho, so many books I want to read, anything I buy now will likely end up being read next year thanks to my backlog.
