It has the iPod video format pre set, just click that, drag your file into the window, then click convert. DO NOT change the specs when converting to iPod or Zune (I have a Zune, and it sucks >.> only had it for 3 months and its going through the signs of death that my old iPod went through after a year and 2 months), it will make the audio skip and flash gray sometimes. However when converting to standard XviD or something it should be fine. After you convert to iPod format just drag and drop  And sometimes when converting to zune (dunno bout iPod format), it stops converting and says error, only with files around 400mb+
As for me, I have like no anime on my Zune, I do have alot of Toku though >.> Ultraman The Next (in parts), Kamen Rider ZO, Boukenger Last Task, Jetman, GoGo V vs Timeranger, GoGo V 50, and so on
Problem isn't converting the file. It's already an MP4. Problem is moving that file from my computer onto my iPod at all. There's no place in iTunes to click and drag it so that it accepts the file.
