The thing about Android is that it is easy to just get the apk file of a game and install it yourself so that you don't have to pay for the game. In this case the $10 seems like such a premium price that I don't think the majority of people will be paying for the game. Whereas with iOS it's difficult to install games from other sources, most people will just pay the price
