...those are the shows remotely close to toku...IMHO...I'm curious about others...

How in blazing hell did you forget Gatchaman...!?!!?! It's the grandfather of sentai! Jetman ripped off of it! And unlike most "tokusatsu-y" anime shows, the Gatchaman team henshin and have a henshin call at that! Plus Berg Katse is more interesting than the past several years of tokusatsu villains put together. Sure, the animation might be a little bit cruder than the seizure inducing flashiness and brightness of newer, cute crap, but it has more story than most current, cute crap, too.

Saint Seiya...not sure about the Japanese Henshin call.

They didn't have a henshin call, the armor just floats and gathers upon them whenever they need it. Samurai Trooper is the poor man's version of Seiya. Seiya's cool, but drags.
