Think about a million different versions of every character DC has ever spit out, all ending up getting smashed together in one huge clusterfuck of a world. Well, actually, most of them die, but yeah. Wiki it. The article is actually pretty interesting.

Decade actually reminds me of the show Sliders, too... Not so much for the worlds colliding, but because Decade travels to the other worlds.

An infinite number of worlds end, Superman beating up an uber-deity, you know, the usual DC fare.

I agree with the whole Kingdom Hearts theme behind it, but I also noticed some elements of Doctor Who in there as well (Goes to different worlds, battles otherworldly creatures, has a companion and generally saves the day, albeit at the cost of lives).

In the original Crisis on Infinite Earths, multiple worlds start disappearing. The survivors, super heroes from multiple worlds, gather and attack the responsible for that destruction. In the end, they 'win', but their worlds are combined into single world and many heroes just disappear afterwards due to the new world.

Edit: I doubt the destruction or combination of worlds will happen here though.
