A turning Building in the works.

Most likely all of the vertical circulation would be placed in the center of the structure, unless they find some way to make it rotate on a different axis.

they had this on the discovery channel about a guy who made turnning houses pretty much turns slowly you don't even really notice its really just so you can have a different view in whatever room you are in

This was on an italian newspaper today. The "rotating tower" it's a work of David Fisher [he's italian, of Florence, just like me] it'll be in Dubai and it wil be ready in 2010. An apartment there will cost 30.000 dollars/square metre. Another one will be built in Moscow.
