A Rather Personal Problem (and I'm not sure if I should be posting it here)

It's the system, man, it does **** to ya! Honestly, I had dealings with them when my grandmother died & NE Ohio's "Child Protection Agents" are discriminating megalomaniacs. I honestly got bitched at because I answered a question with "sure" instead of "yes," not to mention that she allowed my aunt to convince her that I was delusional & needed psychiatric help because I blatantly called her a bitch, she expected me to hate her & she bragged about making her three kids clean her house from top to bottom, even going so far as making them repaint the rooms. (Apparently she was also Obsessive Compulsive)

Anyway, though, the girl really was sweet & caring & loved everybody, just don't accuse her of something she didn't do or of being something she isn't, or she WILL destroy you. Lol

It's already been said, but it would be best if you moved on. When you have a crush it's easy to think that that person is the only one but that simply isn't true. There are so many worthwhile people out there, it's just a matter of finding them. It seems like at this point you're more in love with the "fantasy" of that girl than the girl herself. Yes, she was pretty and maybe you had a nice conversation, but what do you really know about her? Things may not have worked out at all even if you had gotten to know her.

At this point you're doing yourself more harm than good. I understand you have regrets, but only by accepting those regrets can we make ourselves better. Learn from it and don't let the next girl get away so easy.

Pretty much this. You have to learn not to get too stuck on "one thing" or "one person" as there are so many worthwhile experiences to be had. If you get "stuck" on this one person, it will hold you back from learning new things and progressing further. But yeah it sounds like you have built this whole thing up in your head and are in love with the "fantasy" of it all. I know this very well since I did this for quite a while. If you are a Pisces like me then I feel for you! The best thing is to start somewhere, by going out and meeting people or trying to meet people online...just going out there and talking to different people will help you forget about the past and focus on what is happening "now" along with the future.
