19. Second in command and chief gunner of the team. Joe is every inch the Sicilian bad boy who exists only to take revenge on Gallactor. Joe's father, Giuseppe Asakura, had been a small-time Mafia money launderer until he ran afoul of the Syndicate and was eliminated along with his wife. Joe initially trained on his own, but was recruited by Nambu (who evidently had Mafia connections). On his left wrist next to his team bracelet Joe wears a "promise bracelet," which won't come off until he has fulfilled his vendetta

The Vyram are aliens from planet Spectra in the Andromeda Galaxy. They crashed on Earth five years prior to the story. Only Lord Zotrek and his emmisary Radiguet appeared so far.
Gallactor Syndacate: Used by Radiguest as a front. It is lead by it four branch leaders.
Solaris: A mutant that can shift genders. S/He was created from the fusion of two unborn twins and force grown to adult. S/He usually works with Maria, whom S/He cherishes for reasons unknown.
Maria: Formely Aoi Rei, but was brain-washed by Radiguet became one of his Gallactor four.
Toran: A mutant child-genius at age 8 with a IQ of 1,000, the youngest of the Gallactor Four (phyiscally).
Mallanox: A clown-masked mutant, force-grown from a six-year-old girl X took from a ship he wrecked.
Grey: The Gallactor Four's robot bodyguard. He commands the Vorak robot soldiers.
