I am actually glad the animation and music categories got some space here, because people forget how much work goes into those parts. I usually pay more attention to drama and comedy, but I have to admit the animation list looks solid. South Park feels like the one to beat, and I would not be surprised if it wins. I also like seeing Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, and Rick and Morty still in the mix. That shows the category still has room for very different kinds of shows. I am also happy the soundtrack races are being noticed, because music can change the whole mood of a scene. A lot of viewers ignore that part, but I do not. For me, those smaller categories are not small at all.
