I really enjoyed Brawl In The Family, so it's awesome to hear that Taranto is expanding his work with Mega Man: Bot In The Family. His humor always pokes fun at classic gaming tropes in such a relatable way, and I love how he captures the quirks of the characters. The crossover potential with Mega Man could lead to some hilarious moments, imagine the Blue Bomber interacting with the cast of Brawl! Man I didn't expect this to blow past the goal so fast, three times over in a day is nuts. Taranto's art style just fits Mega Man so well, like it was made for this. Brawl in the Family lived in my browser tabs for years back in the day. Hope they add more tiers later for people who missed the early bird stuff.


official licensing is the real win here ngl. capcom actually letting someone make jokes about their own characters instead of just merch is rare. gonna pledge for the hardcover, digital only feels wrong for comic strips

I remember reading Brawl in the Family during lunch breaks in college, so seeing this guy get a real license from Capcom feels like a full circle moment. Mega Man has so much material to work with too, Wily's schemes alone could fill a whole book. The $39 tier seems like the smart pick if you want both formats without paying too much extra. Kind of surprised NF Publishing is behind this, I only knew them for the magazine before. Genuinely hoping the poster tier ships well packaged, art prints always get damaged in the mail for me.

not gonna lie I never read Brawl in the Family so this is my first time hearing about Taranto. the strips look funny from the preview images though, might check out the digital tier first before committing to physical

Dr Light and Wily comic gags sounds like a goldmine of jokes waiting to happen, these two have decades of material between them. Definitely backing this, hope stretch goals bring in Bass and Duo at some point


three times the goal in one day says a lot about how much people trust this creator. good on capcom for actually licensing something fun instead of sitting on the ip doing nothing
