'Feng Shui' being part of a whole trilogy is the detail I didn't know I needed. A political thriller built around geomancy, like, people literally fighting over land energy, is such a specifically Korean historical flex and I respect it. The 2018 period films had costumes and sets that still look expensive today. Now I need to watch all three installments in order.

I can't believe "Feng Shui" is releasing next week! I'm super excited to see how they blend the political thriller aspect with historical elements. The whole concept of geomancy and how it plays into the storyline sounds intriguing, especially in a revenge context. I've always found the visual aesthetics of period dramas to be stunning, so I'm really looking forward to the costumes as well.

Have any of you seen the earlier films in the trilogy? I'm curious if they connect more deeply than just thematic elements. Would love to hear your thoughts!
Not sure about your location, but “Feng Shui” has been available to the American audience for a few years. The other two films in the trilogy are also available. I watched all three of them not realizing they were part of a trilogy. I enjoyed all three. I knew a little about Korean beliefs and traditions. But the storyline for this last film in the trilogy surprised me. A viewer doesn't need to watch the trilogy. These movies are all standalone.
