The Hex Girls showing up again was already enough to make me happy, but the rest of the cast was just as memorable. I liked that even supporting characters had their own stories instead of showing up once and disappearing forever. It made Crystal Cove feel alive.

I still enjoy the classic Scooby-Doo cartoons, but I think this series found the best balance between old and new. It respected what came before while trying something different. That's not easy to do with a franchise that has been around for so long. I wish more animated reboots took this approach instead of changing everything just to be different.
