I just finished bingeing this last weekend and honestly, it hit harder than I expected. Kim Ui-Gyeom’s home situation is so real and painful to watch, you feel every hit he takes from his dad. Then Kang Yoon-Ki comes in with that street energy and suddenly they’re this unstoppable team in masks. The fights are quick and brutal, not over-the-top flashy, which makes them feel grounded. I like how the show doesn’t let the action take over the emotional stuff—their talks on the rooftop after missions are my favorite parts. It’s not just punching bullies, it’s about finally standing up for yourself. 8.2 from me too, maybe even 8.5. Definitely adding it next to Weak Hero Class 1 on my list. Lee Jung-Ha carries the quiet pain perfectly.

Kim Do-Wan as Yoon-Ki brings the right mix of cocky and broken. I laughed a few times at his sarcastic comments during fights. Worth the watch if you like Study Group or High School Return of a Gangster. Trailer already has me hyped for a rewatch.

Okay, I went in expecting another generic bullying revenge drama but this one actually made me tear up twice. Ui-Gyeom hiding bruises under his perfect uniform while smiling at teachers? That’s too close to real life for some people. The way he slowly stops taking it and starts fighting back with Yoon-Ki feels earned, not rushed. Their friendship grows naturally—no forced bro moments. The action scenes are clean and intense, especially the one in the empty gym. I’m glad they didn’t make it 16 episodes; 8 keeps it tight and powerful.
