Oh man, I'm so excited about this! Timo Tjahjanto directing a Sleeping Dogs adaptation is a perfect choice. His work in *The Night Comes for Us* was a masterclass in brutal and creative action choreography. Simu Liu is also a fantastic pick; his martial arts background will definitely bring some incredible stunts to the screen!
I can't help but imagine some epic fight sequences reminiscent of the intense combat from *The Raid* films, especially with the way Timo crafts those fluid and aggressive fight scenes. If they can capture even a fraction of the energy from that hallway fight in *Oldboy*, we’re in for a treat! Can’t wait to see how they weave in practical stunts and choreography into this project!
