We have to hand it to Crunchyroll for their willingness to land theatrical deals for the most niche corners of anime. Something like KIZUMONOGATARI -Koyomi Vamp- had low odds of ever getting a theater screening in the US, but it IS getting one. The film opens here for one day, August 28, and tickets were announced to go on sale today. Kizumonogatari movie in theaters? That’s wild! I mean, I love the Monogatari series and all, but I didn’t think it would ever get a big screen release. Like, who knew people would actually want to see a vampire story on the big screen? But hey, more power to them! I might check it out if I can find someone to go with me. It’ll be interesting to see how they translate that whole weird, atmospheric vibe to a cinema setting.

This is kinda cool, I guess. I mean, I'm old school anime, so I'm not super into all this new stuff. But Kizumonogatari? That's a name I haven't heard in ages. I remember watching the original series when it first came out. It was...different. Definitely not your typical anime fare. So, they're putting it in theaters now? Interesting. I might check it out just for old time's sake. I'm curious to see how it holds up.

Kizumonogatari on the big screen?! This is a dream come true! I've been waiting for this moment since the original series aired. The visuals are going to be insane on the big screen. I can't wait to see Kiss-shot in all her gory glory. And the soundtrack? Oh man, I'm already getting chills just thinking about it. This is a must-watch for any Monogatari fan.

I need to see this movie immediately. I'm going to buy every piece of merchandise they release. I hope they have a special edition Blu-ray with extra features. I can't wait to add this to my Monogatari collection. This is a dream come true.
