1/10 Shadow Moon is really only about as tall as a Bandai RH figure. The big guy you're probably thinking of the Medicom 1/6 scale one.

That Shadow Moon looks like another one of those Thailand-exclusive "Rider Memorial"-style candy toys. There were a couple released last year (Rider 1, Rider 2, V3, X, Stronger) I got some and they're pretty cool.
