It’s interesting to see "Powers" getting another chance, especially as a cartoon. The comic had such a unique take on the superhero genre, so I’m hopeful this adaptation will do it justice. Do you think the animated format will make a difference in how the story is received?

Finally some good news for Powers fans. The live action one never got the budget or attention it needed. Animation makes way more sense for all the crazy superpower stuff anyway. Bendis writing it himself is a big plus. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Netflix actually finishes it and doesn’t cancel after one season like they do with everything.

Powers as a cartoon? That sounds perfect. Superhero crime stories always look better when you can show the powers without worrying about CGI costs blowing up the budget. Bendis knows these characters inside out so the scripts should be solid. I’m actually excited for this one.
