Success like this doesn't come twice without eating all your time. HUNTR/X going from fake girl group to real tours and Billboard rulers is insane. Let the team breathe for a minute. "How It's Done" slaps anyway, I'll just keep streaming that and the whole soundtrack until they figure out the sequel. Patience is key here.

You know what? Instead of thinking about the sequel, we should think about making new music. Because the sequel is supposed to be in 2028, that's a lot of waiting, but the music, they can finally turn K-pop Demon Hunters into a real girl band, just like what Taiwan did to F4.

People act like animation is easy, but it takes years even when things are calm. I would rather wait than get a rushed sequel that feels empty. What interests me more is how the characters crossed into real life. HUNTR/X becoming an actual performing group is not something we see often at this level. That alone explains why the team is busy. Also, if “Golden” is still winning awards and charts, Sony and Netflix will not rush the next movie. They want to protect the brand. I am fine with that. A 2029 target already sounds optimistic to me. I expect updates will be slow, but the franchise is clearly not going anywhere.

Look, I'm thrilled for the girls. Seriously. Going from cartoon characters to performing at the actual Oscars is something most artists only dream about. But as someone who watched the first movie five times in one week, this delay hurts. 2029 was already so far, now it feels like they'll never finish part 2. I just want Mira, Zoey and Rumi back fighting demons. Can they at least drop a teaser or a short clip? Please?

I am more interested in the music side than the movie sequel right now. Seeing animated characters turn into a real touring act feels surreal. I watched their TV performances and they did not feel like a joke project. They felt serious. That explains why the actresses are busy. At the same time, I worry that the movie team will have to write around the music instead of the story. That can be risky. I still think Kpop Demon Hunters worked because it balanced emotion, action, and music well. If the sequel exists only to sell another hit song, it will lose what made it special. I am okay with waiting years if it means they protect that balance. Success should not decide the story direction. The creators need space to think clearly again.

Nah this article is cap. They announced the sequel in 2025 with a 2029 date knowing success would eat their schedule. Now they're acting surprised? HUNTR/X is basically a real group touring everywhere—Fallon, SNL, parades, Oscars. Of course production stopped. Fans need to stop crying about delays and enjoy what's here. Soundtrack still number one after months. That's the real win. Part 2 whenever they feel like it.

OMG this is the best problem to have! Kpop Demon Hunters blew up so massively the girls are legit idols now—touring, Oscars stage, Grammy noms, everything. I'm screaming for HUNTR/X at the Academy Awards, "Golden" is gonna win for sure. Sequel delay? Who cares right now. The soundtrack is still owning charts after all these months. Directors need rest, voice actresses need to live their pop star life. I'm just happy crying over how far this animated movie came. Take all the time you need, queens!
