RADWIMPS have returned with Anew, their first full-length studio album in four years, accompanied by the release of the music video for “World End Girl Friend.” Directed by Takeshi Maruyama, the video presents the story of a girl falling in love in a foreign land, weaving nostalgic imagery with a song that balances fresh energy with emotional weight. For RADWIMPS, it signals a new creative chapter while also reflecting on the past two decades of their career. The album contains twelve tracks in total, ten of which are entirely new. It also includes previously released singles Tamamono, used as the theme for the NHK drama serial Anpan, and Meidai, the theme for NTV’s news zero.
