We mentioned earlier this week Critical Role was putting together a charity livestream to benefit LA wildfire relief. That stream took place last night: “Freaky Thursday,” a self-contained one-episode adventure starring the crew of CR’s third tabletop campaign, Bell’s Hells: Ashley Johnson, Marisha Ray, Taliesin Jaffe, Travis Willingham, Sam Riegel, Laura Bailey, Liam O’Brien, and Game Master Matthew Mercer. If you missed the stream, the entire thing has been archived below, but it just won’t be as “interactive” as it was live: fans could visit a special webpage page to donate or purchase rewards that acted as “votes,” directly affecting what happened. Find out what they chose: So what’s after this? Believe it or not we’re actually nearing the end of Bell’s Hells and the crew will take its final bow a week from now, February 6. That installment will be the longest Critical Role episode ever attempted at eight and a half hours! CR is even calling it the end of the current age of Exandria — the land where all CR campaigns take place — which stretches back ten years to the start of CR itself. The farewell session starts at 7 PM Pacific / 10 PM Eastern […]

Wow, this is huge news for Critical Role fans! I'm so excited to see how this epic campaign comes to a close. Eight and a half hours?! That's some serious dedication from the cast and crew. I'm also intrigued by this Exandria Unlimited side story. It sounds like a great way to delve deeper into the world's lore while we wait for the next big campaign to begin. I can't wait to see what new characters our favorite actors will be playing!

I'm particularly interested in this "end of the current age of Exandria." It's fascinating to see how the story will progress after such a significant event. The fact that Marisha Ray hints at a continuation is very promising. I wonder what new threats or challenges will emerge for Exandria? Will we see some familiar faces from previous campaigns return? I'm eager to find out!

Eight and a half hours? Don't get me wrong, I love Critical Role, but that's a long commitment. I might have to break it up into smaller chunks. Still, it's great that they're giving this campaign a proper send-off. I'm curious about this Exandria Unlimited thing. Is it canon? Will it affect the future of Critical Role? I'll definitely check it out to see how it bridges the gap between campaigns.

I'm definitely going to try to catch the finale live! I wouldn't want to miss out on this historic moment in Critical Role history. The fact that they're having a pre-show Q&A is a nice touch. It'll be interesting to hear the cast's reflections on the campaign. In the meantime, I need to finish catching up on the latest episodes. Eight and a half hours sounds daunting, but I'm sure it'll be worth it.

The end of an era, huh? We'll see about that. Critical Role has a way of surprising us. I'm sure they'll come up with something new and exciting to keep us engaged. This Exandria Unlimited thing seems a bit random, though. I guess it's a way to test the waters for new characters and storylines. I'll reserve judgment until I see it.

Freaky Thursday sounds like an awesome concept for a charity stream! Interactive D&D? I bet that was a lot of fun to watch. It's great that they're using their platform to give back to the community. Eight and a half hours for the finale, though? That's a marathon, not a stream! Maybe I'll catch the highlights on YouTube.

Ugh, I'm so bummed I'm going to miss the finale live. Eight and a half hours is just too much time to commit right now. Hopefully I can catch the VOD later. This Exandria Unlimited thing sounds intriguing, but I'll probably have to wait a while to watch it. There are just too many shows on my list already!
