LOL.) (1) “Secret Zoo” (2020) ~ Polar bears drink Coke? Based on the popular webtoon series “Haechijiana”. STORYLINE: In “Secret Zoo” Kang Tae-soo works as a temporary employee at a prestigious law firm. He’s stuck as an attorney in a dead-end temp position and is willing to do almost anything to become permanent. His goal is to work in the M&A department (Mergers and Acquisitions). One of the higher-ups in the law firm noticed him and assigned him the task of being a zoo director. When he gets there he realizes there are hardly any animals left at the zoo. The current zoo director had defaulted on a loan and the animals were taken as payment. Kang Tae-soo suddenly realizes that he was tasked with revitalizing a failing zoo and he only has three months to get it back up and running. Hmm, a zoo with people dressed as animals? Sounds kinda weird, not gonna lie. But a polar bear drinking Coke? That's definitely something I gotta see! Maybe it's cheesy, but for a free movie with some laughs, I might check it out with my friends.

A failing zoo with fake animals? This movie sounds like the perfect cure for finals week stress. I bet the costumes look hilariously bad, and the whole 'polar bear drinking Coke' thing is just begging to be made into a meme. Probably won't win any awards, but hey, sometimes you just need some dumb fun

Okay, this movie took a turn I wasn't expecting! A land grab disguised as a zoo revitalization project? Sounds like some serious corporate corruption. I'm curious to see how the lawyer uses his skills to save the zoo. Might be a good pick for a movie night with my partner; a mix of light-hearted comedy and a touch of social commentary

It's December and it's the Christmas holiday season. You don't find many Korean movies or TV series that actually celebrate Christmas like Americans do. But almost everybody knows the classic Christmas Coke commercial with the polar bear drinking Coca-Cola in the North Pole. I thought it was cute! LOL.
