Come on, guys. Steve Rogers? Irreplaceable! No offense to Mackie, but Sam Wilson as Captain America? Just doesn't click. He's a cool dude, don't get me wrong, but way too one-note for a role like Cap. Give me the grit, the unwavering morals, the symbol of hope. That was Steve. Recasting him might have worked, you know, find a new actor who could capture the essence. But this whole new Captain America thing? Feels like they're just trying to be woke. I miss the good old days.

Giancarlo Esposito as a villain who throws down? Now that's something I wasn't expecting! I'm used to seeing him play these brilliant, scheming masterminds, like in The Boys. Super cool to see him take on a more physically imposing role at his age.

Harrison Ford as Thaddeus Ross? Intriguing. He definitely has the presence for a powerful government figure. And the Red Hulk rumors are swirling... that would be a major plot twist. Liv Tyler returning as Betty Ross is another interesting wrinkle. Could she be setting the stage for a Red She-Hulk arc down the line? This movie seems to be planting a lot of seeds for the future of the MCU. Less interested in the cheese factor, more curious about the long-term implications.

OMG! Captain America: Brave New World looks epic! Sam Wilson as Cap? I knew it! He was awesome in Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Can't wait to see him kick butt with both the shield AND his wings! So, George Washington Bridge as the villain, huh? Interesting choice. Never would've guessed that one, but Giancarlo Esposito always brings the menace. This movie's definitely setting up some new dynamics for the Captain America role.

Hold on, Harrison Ford as Red Hulk? Whoa. That's a twist I never saw coming, and honestly, never knew I needed! Ford as the stoic General Ross, sure, that fits. Word on the street (or should I say the internet) is that Joaquín Torres might be suiting up as the new Falcon in Captain America: Brave New World. Pretty cool theory, right? If it pans out, it'd be interesting to see how that plays alongside Sam Wilson as Cap. Maybe Torres brings some fresh tech skills or a different fighting style to the table? Just rumors for now, but definitely something to watch as we get closer to the release date.

Look, Harrison Ford is a cinematic treasure. But as much as I love the idea of him as Thaddeus Ross, there's a question about long-term viability, especially if the Red Hulk rumors pan out. Sure, CGI can work wonders, but Red Hulk is a multi-film commitment. Ideally, the MCU needs someone who can embody Ross for the next 10, 15 years, you know, someone who can age alongside Liv Tyler. Not to be morbid, but these long-term franchises need to consider an actor's lifespan for a character like this. Just a thought to ponder as Captain America: Brave New World swoops into theaters.
