The Boys Season 4 and Homelander comes to Mortal Kombat

Homelander is coming to Mortal Kombat 1! The first teaser trailer for Homelander was just released on the same day as The Boys Season 4 trailer. While Homelander’s character model resembles his live-action actor, Anthony Starr, he won’t be voiced by him. Chris Cox is listed on IMDb as the voice actor. Although this information may be incorrect, upon hearing him speak, it’s clear he doesn’t sound like Anthony Starr. The evil superhero/movie star showcases his obsession with human breast milk in his introduction. He is partnered with the next Kameo character, Mortal Kombat X character Ferra. Ferra, resembling a child, was never playable on her own, but they likely turned her into a playable single character to spare her from fatality. Homelander’s fatality appears to involve him killing you with his laser eyes and hitting you with an airplane. While some compare him to Omniman, based on what I’ve seen, he will have a different playstyle. Homelander Teaser The Boys Season 4 Trailer Amazon’s dark take on the superhero

So, Homelander's making his way into Mortal Kombat 1, huh? That's a bold move, but I'm not complaining! I mean, who wouldn't want to see him go head-to-head with Liu Kang or Scorpion? And those Fatalities? Talk about intense! It's gonna be wild seeing him wreak havoc on the competition.

Butcher's facing off against Homelander, and things are getting intense. I mean, with Butcher battling a terminal illness and trying to rally the team against the might of Homelander and The Seven, it's gonna be one heck of a ride. And let's not forget those new female superheroes shaking things up.

I'm kinda bummed about Anthony Starr not voicing Homelander in Mortal Kombat 1. I mean, the guy IS Homelander, you know? His voice brings so much to the character in The Boys, and it's a shame they didn't stick with him for the game. Chris Cox might be a great voice actor and all, but it's just not the same without Starr's iconic voice. I was really looking forward to hearing him bring that same level of intensity to the arena. Oh well, I guess we'll just have to see how it all plays out when the game drops. But still, it's a bit of a letdown, you know?

Homelander in Mortal Kombat? That's, like, totally unexpected. NOT. Dude's been everywhere lately, might as well throw him in a fighting game too. I gotta say, though, the trailer was pretty funny. Starting it off with him guzzling milk like a baby? Classic Homelander. They even got his creepy laser eyes down pat. Honestly, though, I'm more hyped about Omni-Man. That dude was a BEAST in the comics, can't wait to see what kind of carnage he brings to the game.

Alright, I'll give them credit, Homelander looks pretty cool in the trailer. His powers seem like they'll translate well to the fighting game style. But let's be real, the last DLC character, Omni-Man, was kinda broken. Hope they learned their lesson and balanced Homelander better. Plus, no release date yet? Come on, NetherRealm, give us a date already! I'm itching to see how he plays.

Homelander in Mortal Kombat? Now that's a crossover I didn't see coming! It'll be interesting to see how they incorporate his powers into the fighting mechanics. His heat vision and super strength seem like no-brainers, but I wonder if they'll throw in some of his… less savory traits too. Either way, I'm curious to see how he stacks up against the other Kombatants. Plus, with The Boys season 4 coming out soon, it's a good time to be a fan of both!

Dude, things are getting crazier than a clown college in The Boys season 4! We already knew Butcher was desperate to take down Homelander, but now the trailer dropped a major bomb: he's got his hands on that supe-killing virus from Gen V! That changes everything. Imagine, a way to actually hurt these overpowered supes? Butcher might just have a fighting chance now.

The trailer also confirmed what we kinda expected after that Gen V cliffhanger – looks like Cate and Sam are full-on Homelander fanboys (or girls) now. Bummer. But hey, that probably means the other Gen V crew, like Marie, will be teaming up with Butcher. Those guys better watch out, because with a virus that can fry supes and a grudge against Homelander, Butcher's not messing around this time.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold the phone! Butcher's using a supe-killing virus? That's messed up, even for him. Sure, Homelander's a total psycho, but taking out all supes with a virus seems a tad excessive. What about the good ones, like Starlight? This feels like a slippery slope, and I'm not sure I like where it's leading. Guess we'll have to see how it plays out, but I'm definitely worried about the fallout.
