Today is the day Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero is finally streamable somewhere. This movie became the top-grossing Dragon Ball movie ever when it was released last year, hitting #1 at the box office last August. Very few anime movies to reach that milestone in the US. Now you can find out if it’s worthy of that hype, as long as you have a Crunchyroll subscription.

Goku has always been a terrible father, Piccolo as always been Gohan's dad. So its awesome that they got moments together.

Piccolo having crush on Miss Janet is weird because Namekians are genderless and mostly aromantic. Humans had been influencing him.

Without a doubt, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero surpassed my expectations. For fans like myself, the movie skillfully merges old and modern elements, producing an exciting experience. The focus on Piccolo and his relationship with Gohan gives the movie emotional depth, which I felt throughout.

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero is a love letter to Dragon Ball fans, and I was fortunate to have watched it. The movie's ability to transport me back to the classic era while introducing fresh storylines was impressive. Piccolo's portrayal as a mentor and father figure was heartwarming, and it added a layer of emotional resonance that made the film even more enjoyable.

Pan is so cute on this movie, very far from her annoying GT version. Beerus having crush on Cheelai could indicate a future rivalry between him and Broly.

Gohan's character arc in the Dragon Ball series has undoubtedly had its ups and downs. After his epic victory over Cell, it did feel like he was somewhat relegated to a lesser role, which was disappointing for many fans, myself included. However, the release of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero brings a welcome change. It's wonderful to see Gohan stepping back into the spotlight as the hero he truly is. The movie not only acknowledges his past achievements but also showcases his growth and showcases his strength and importance once again. It's a satisfying redemption for Gohan and a thrilling experience for fans who have been rooting for him all along.

In my opinion, the animation was of the highest caliber, fusing the best aspects of traditional hand-drawn art with fluid computer effects. I was intrigued from the first frame on because it was such a visual pleasure.
