Warner Brother creates DC Entertainment (and Paul Levitz steps down from his position at DC to work at DC Entertainment), in an obvious attempt to one-up the media sensation over Disney's recent purchase of Marvel.

It's essentially what you were saying, only Warner/DC is just trying to make it look more epic than it really is.

In comparison to the "Disney buys Marvel" hubbub, the sound of crickets chirping permeates the atmosphere of this news. :laugh:
