First Wii U Footage: Rayman Legends Trailer Leaked
Making the rounds on internet message boards is a leaked video for Rayman Legends. What makes this trailer so special aside from the obviously gorgeous game on display, is that it’s our first real look at the Wii U in action. We also get to see a new feature in what appears to be a scanning system not entirely unlike that of Skylanders. It all looks fantastic if you ask me.

I have to say that scan feature looks pretty awesome. but, it will never be – oh, I need a sword, let’s draw one on a piece of paper and scan it into the game. but still, really neat. since nintendo has all the best characters on their platforms, it could be like super smash bros in every game – gasp.

Maybe not scan one, but since you can draw on the screen imagine drawing one for it to appear in the game. Imagine a Scribblenauts or a Drawn to Life that actually takes advantage of a consoles power.
I think Nintendo is going to surprise everyone this generation with it’s awesomeness.

it might. but there were 2 reasons i swapped over from nintendo to microsoft. 1) thirdparty software – xbox has by far the best content of the three major consoles 2) graphics – wii was just lacking in that area
I’ve been satisfied with my choice, since about the only titles I care about I’ve missed out on are zelda and smash bros. they seem to be improving enough on the graphics front to where i might consider them again, but it all boils down to the GAMES you have on your console.
really, if nintendo can take it one step further in the generation after this and make their DS handheld the controller for their console and a fullfledged handheld, that will be enough to make me switch. I don’t see microsoft ever making a handheld, and touchphones won’t cut it. sony, well, I’ve just never been a huge sony fan.
I hope it’s awesome, maybe i’ll pick it up, but I only purchase one console at a time, and want the biggest bang for my buck.
alternatively, I’m still waiting for a handheld system that can call people, not a phone with games on it.
