EA attends Louisiana State University
EA has built its largest facility at any university in LSU. It is a 94,000 square-foot facility with the cost of $30 million. So you all know those tuition fees that have been raising, well here’s why students! More info after the vital addition to LSU after the jump…
This new complex includes coffee shop on the first floor with an auditorium, conference room, and some A/V equipment. EA already had a facility in LSU since 2008, but that has maxed out making this huge complex possible.
This is the first time EA has pulled such a move on the educational field. Will this grow with other publishers to build their own complexes in top universities for success in the gaming industry or will this just be another DeVry? Let us know in the comments.

This is a really good move on EA’s part. Publishers really need to take a more proactive role in teaching potential students the tools to create games. Students education can’t be put in the hands of schools that are just trying to take advantage of a lack of structure in the education system.
Good for EA.
