One of the big reveals at the Sony E3 Press Conference was that the PlayStation VR, Sony’s VR headset to go with their consoles, will release on October 13th.
Furthermore, PlayStation’s Shawn Layden also announced Sony will support PSVR with 50 games this year, including newly announced titles Farpoint, Star War Battlefront X-Wing Mission, and Batman: Arkham VR. With more to come and be announced as they get closer to launch.
The VR headset will be priced at $399 / €399 /£349 /AUD $549.
