Dying Light: Free Community Map Pack Released
Techland confirmed this weeks that some new and free community maps have been released for Dying Light: The Following – Enhanced Edition as a free DLC pack. These are four new maps for the game that are now available for all Dying Light players completely for free. Here’s a breakdown of the four extra maps:
- Under the City – a choice-based horror story
- Climb Down – arcade-style parkour experience
- The Hunter – survival quest in a horde-infested forest
- TeeVee – a visual nightmare best experienced in the dark
The maps are available for the game on all the platforms in which the game is available. They are a part of the latest update for the game. In addition, the latest update for the game released this week includes some new stability improvements, bug fixes and balance tweaks.
It definitely looks like Techland is making good on its promise to players that the developer will continue to support Dying Light with new content throughout this year. It will be interesting to see what Techland has planned next for the game, since the company also talked about new story-based content as well. It makes one wonder if the story for the game will continue beyond The Following.
Dying Light: The Following – Enhanced Edition is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
