It could only happen in Japan: a new line of Pokemon-themed merchandise has gone on sale that depicts some of the franchise’s most popular characters from the rear-end side only.
Officially called the Hip Pop! Parade line, Pokemon butts can now be purchased to decorate your home, your car or your workplace. They include change purses, tote bags and pillows, but most importantly, also boxer shorts.
Right now, Hip Pop! Parade is exclusively available through the Japanese Pokemon Store. There’s no word if the American wing of that store will be getting some bootylicious Piplup soon, but if you anticipate an amiibo-like hoarding situation and MUST have the butts NOW before the scalpers get them first, the Pokemon Store also sells its goods online through Amazon’s Japanese branch. Maybe you can do some trial-and-error guesswork and fumble your way into purchasing one.
