Batman: Arkham City Missing DLC Codes, Content in Collector’s Edition
It seems that through all the hype and excitement surrounding Batman: Arkham City, Rocksteady forgot something quite important.
Imagine getting home with your brand new Batman: Arkham City Collector’s Edition and finding out that the content that you paid extra money is either not working or is missing. This is the dilemma many consumers are facing at this time due to a massive blunder. The Collector’s Edition of Batman: Arkham City has shipped without the code for Catwoman (which also happens to be the Online Pass for the game). The Robin DLC is also unavailable due to an issue with redemption codes. There is also the issue of missing collector cards and people receiving the Gotham Knight dvd instead of blu-ray along with the DLC mishap.
European Community Manager for Rocksteady Studios, Sarah Wellock apologized on the Official Arkham City forums for the inconveniences and had this to say about the problems,
“We wanted to let you know we are looking into the problems as our top priority and are working closely with Warner Bros to make sure you all get the content you were promised and that problems are rectified as quickly as we can.”
Certainly not the way that Rocksteady had envisioned such a hotly anticipated launch! Somebody was definitely asleep at the switch. We’ll have more news as it becomes available.

There should be a phone number to call in the manual. You can also return it to Gamestop.
