MOBA-lite Awesomenauts has developed a pretty decent fanbase due to its 2D 90s Saturday morning cartoon style. The XBLA/PSN title is now coming to PC/Mac, along with other developments!
Awesomenauts is currently in beta testing on Steam for PC & Mac. The PC version will come with two new characters at launch. These characters will also be added into the XBLA and PSN versions of the game in an update expected later today.
The update will bring with it these two new characters – an alien female with a hoverboard and a turtle in a mech suit – as well as some game balancing fixes.
On top of this, PSNStores have released an image which supposedly teases another new character for the game:
No other details on this character, but it’s always good to see a lot of support for a game as good as Awesomenauts.
