Atlus has released a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Attack on Titan video game. The new features video for Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains is available in the player below.
Attack on Titan is a red hot property at the moment, so it getting adapted as a video game for the Nintendo 3DS is no surprise. Humanity in Chains was previously released in Japan in December 2013.
Humanity in Chains allows players to assume the role of the main cast from the game, including Eren Yeager and Mikasa Ackerman. The Scout Regiment has to defend the Walls from the dastardly beasts the Titans. Humanity in Chains will feature an online co-op mode and also character customization.
The game definitely looks like a faithful adaptation of the hit anime and manga series. It incorporates Titan battles and the Scout Regiment’s trademark 3D maneuver gear. Signature locations from the story look to have been re-created for the game, including Trost District, the Forest of Giant Trees, and more. The upcoming digital-only release will finally make its way to the US next month. According to Atlus, this will be an enhanced version of the game that was previously released in Japan.
