ARPG HeroWarz Lands On PC
KOG Games’ new ARPG HeroWarz has officially landed on PC, with the game getting a previously unknown playable character called Jerry. The latest hero is a melee fighter. Jerry’s an athlete born with amazing ability; on her way to becoming a legendary slugger. Consistent practice and training have turned her baseball swing into a full-blown fighting technique, and she’s only getting better and better. In the thick of battle, Jerry can count on her classmates to jump in and work as a team.
Featuring truly unique and immersive story-driven characters and abilities, HeroWarz takes players on a wild ride through an inimitable world that is delightfully comedic but with tear-jerking and horrifying twists at each new turn. HeroWarz paves its way with a unique style all its own.
Players can discover the all- new Venus Cash Shop; an amazing outlet that has empowered developer, A.Storm’s art team to craft fashion and fantasy inspired works of in-game fashion that truly allows the player to customize their game experience, yet always feels a part of the immersive HeroWarz world. Inspired by actual high fantasy, high fashion and current/pop mainstream concepts, the possibilities are endless.
With the easy-to-use and learn, linear and progressive Skill Tree/skill acquisition system, players will have no trouble mastering their character. Passive skills acquired by gear will provide and endless array of variable applications for attack and passive skill options that allow the player to make the game all their own.
According to the developers, HeroWarz isn’t another run of the mill, post-apocalyptic war song. HeroWarz tells a story about the destruction of reality and then the recreation. The omnipotent super-reality of dreams-become-reality is the foundation. The story progresses from the mundane perspective of how the recreation of civilization takes place, then branches out quickly, subtlety and then violently… incorporating a number of different realities. As players make their way through the game, they will encounter characters, stories and environments as if in a totally different world, a dreamscape. To Harry Kim (CEO of A.Storm), imagining and writing these new stories personify unconditional passion; possibly even more so than producing the game itself! In addition to the game’s main story development, there are plans for an episodic-style release for each of HeroWarz playable characters.
