America Martial Law Rule being passed in Bill

According to fox news (I know not the most creditable news), congress is working on a new rule in the debt debate called Martial Law. Now the rule will allow the rule committee to do a same day bill. Doesn’t sound like Military control, but one has to ask themselves why call it Martial Law Rule?

  1. It sounds pretty bad to me. who is to say that this rule committee isnt just going to take advantage of the martial law, to promote their own agenda. and its active the same day? this sounds like a huge trap
