What Rise Of The Tomb Raider Looks Like On PS4 Pro

Rise of the Tomb Raider will be one of the first games to support the PS4 Pro when it launches on that system next month. Sony’s press event showed off a little footage from the enhanced version, but some more expansive footage has been released by Square.

Since this isn’t a 4K video, you may not be able to see the difference (it also depends on the resolution of your monitor). But everything looks spectacular to me, extra scanlines or not. It’ll also support Playstation VR.

Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration for PS4 will contain everything produced for the XBox One version to date — the entire campaign plus bonus DLC chapters and optional gear. It’ll also pack a brand new chapter and a quest inside Croft Manor (which we covered earlier). XBox gamers can purchase the new content from this release as DLC.

It all starts October 11, and as one of the few games I’m interested in that hasn’t been delayed, it should be getting a lot of my attention.
