Warrior Season 3 is now official at HBO Max
Warrior Season 3 will be coming to HBO Max. Shannon Lee just wrote an article Hollywood reporter. Even though Asian Americans are struggling with this political climate. Quentin Tarantino was still Unapologetic about his disrespectful portrayal of one of the most iconic Asian Americans. His Joe Rogan Experience interview added more salt to the wounds. She accuses him of using her father to sell more copies of his book. It is because Tarantino was promoting the novelization of Once upon a time in Hollywood. I need to quote one of Shannon Lee’s statements from her reaction to Tarantino’s continuous disrespect.
I’m really fucking tired of white men in Hollywood trying to tell me who Bruce Lee was.

Shannon Lee has a reason to celebrate because her dad’s vision is renewed for a third season. Warrior finds a new home at HBO MAX.
Warrior is based on Bruce Lee’s concept that he pitched to Hollywood. Even if the bigwigs in Hollywood liked the concept, They have this assumption that Asian men don’t draw ratings. So They end up using a variation of that concept that cast David Carradine instead. Yes, I am talking about Kung-Fu.
The Show creator Jonathan Tropper collaborated with Shannon Lee to make this show happen. It is based on the Period piece that Bruce Lee has written for the show that he pitched. It is a Kung-fu Western.
Here is a featurette about that show concept and script written by Bruce Lee but rejected by Hollywood.
Ah Sahm (Andrew Koji) goes to America to find his missing Sister (Olivia Cheng) but he will get involved with trouble instead. This show was originally streaming in Cinemax but after the acquisition by Warner Media, the first two seasons and the upcoming one will be coming to HBO MAX.
