Theme Park Studio Gets Retail Release Date
Pantera Entertainment, developer of Theme Park Studio, is working together with SOEDESCO to bring their expansive theme park simulator game to the stores. The PC game will be boxed and sold in stores starting this November. It will be one of the very first games that supports VR that will be released as a retail product.
Theme Park Studio gives you the complete freedom to create your own theme park and when you’re done building, you can explore your creation from a first person perspective. Not only does it feature a ton of options to customise every rollercoaster and all rides, but Theme Park Studio also supports multiple VR headsets, for the ultimate experience of your hand-made theme park and rides. Imagine riding an exciting rollercoaster, but in the comfort of your own chair.
Team Park Studio is set to have a number of features, including:
- Accurate Replicas
- Physics Based Animations
- Modern, nostalgic and interactive rides
- Supports HTC Vive, Oculus Rift VR and OSVR
When the game was first announced, the developers said:
“Starting out in Theme Park Studio is like painting on an empty canvas. Starting fresh, everything is possible. What will you create? Crazy rollercoasters, a kid-friendly park with lots of fun flat rides, or perhaps a park filled with decorations, nature and fountains? The fun does not end with creating a theme park; in first-person mode you can walk through your park and ride the attractions and rollercoasters yourself! Open up your park for guests to enjoy the rides, or download other players’ theme parks. Who knows, they might inspire you for your next project, or you could find the perfect mods to add to your park!”
The game is also set to have a number of new rides, including:
- Zamperla Backflash
- Vekoma Sky Flyer
- Zamperla Turbo Force
