Take Two Getting Sued by QA Tester

It seems that Take Two Interactive is getting taken to court.

All the details after the jump!

The lawsuit has been filed by Aaron Martinez vs. Take Two Interactive Software Inc. in California Superior Court. The temporary QA Tester for Visual Concepts is seeking to represent current and former employees and alleges that they weren’t paid for all hours worked, were not given required meal and rest breaks, and were not paid all wages owed at the time of their termination.

This could be another big case in the video game industry after the alleged treatment of employees at Team Bondi and the Infinity Ward debacle. Stay tuned to The Paranoid Gamer for more news as it becomes available.
