Last Saturday happened to be the day of another anime convention somewhere — Anime NYC in New York City — and Crunchyroll was there with a new panel and a new list of previously unannounced acquisitions. The first item on the list was Fire Force Season 3 Part 2, which they confirmed for January 2026 and released this teaser poster:

Next on the list was Let’s Play, the upcoming anime from OLM (Pokémon; The Apothecary Diaries) based on the webcomic by Leeanne Krecic (Mongie). It’s slated to premiere October 1, and Crunchy revealed a full trailer for the series as well as the opening and closing theme songs, “1, 2, Play,” and “Left & Right.” They’re both performed by musical artist Toshinobu Kubota. Five more shows were announced during the panel, including the world premiere trailer for There was a Cute Girl in the Hero’s Party, so I Tried Confessing to Her, which is currently too far out for a release date. Most of these are coming fairly soon, though:
