South Park: Gamescom Footage Revealed
Ubisoft revealed a new gameplay trailer for South Park: The Fractured But Whole at this year’s Gamescom in Cologne, Germany. You can check out the new video in the player below.
So far this definitely looks like it’s going to be a fun and authentic South Park experience. The superhero theme is very relevant now and makes sense to build off of for the game. It’s also completely uncensored.
This was on top of Ubisoft debuting a hilarious interactive experience for the game called the Nosulus Rift. This was an experience to be played with the game during conventions and special events. It won’t be for sale, but it basically gives people a nose headset to simulate the game’s virtual flatulence. So people who try it at conventions will smell farts while they play. It’s South Park, so people probably wouldn’t normally want to smell farts.
The Nosulus Rift experience premiered at Gamescom. It will also be available at some other events worldwide ahead of the game’s launch, including PAX West in Seattle, Washington from September 2-5. South Park: Fractured But Whole is due out on December 6. The game will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
