SEGA’s latest offering featuring their iconic blue mascot is set to launch in August. Sonic Mania will arrive on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on August 15 and it sees the series going back to its 2D roots.
Developers Headcannon and Pagoda West Games are working with SEGA to update the classic Sonic games as well as introduce a number of new stages for players to tackle. Sonic will be joined by his friends Tails and Knuckles along the way.
You can pre-order the digital addition of Sonic Mania for $19.99 on both PC and Xbox One, while a retail Collector’s Edition is available for $69.99. However, this version of the game is exclusive to North America.
