Upon Nintendo’s reveal of the Wii U at E3, Sega was asked if they would bring the latest Sonic game to Wii U. At the time they said no, explaining that porting the game later on didn’t make sense, have they changed their minds?…
Tssznews has said that they have a source who indicates Sega could prepare it for the system’s launch sometime next year, but only if sales of existing versions far exceed Sega’s internal expectations. Even if that doesn’t pan out, the source says there indeed is a Sonic in the works for the system, and it is likely another secondary title.
Sonic Generations certainly looks the part, I hope it plays as well as Sonic Colors.
