The Kickstarter ended up raking in over two million dollars, setting a record for the highest-earning tabletop RPG in the history of the site. The new edition of The One Ring, created by game designer Francesco Nepitello, comes in a new hardbound volume containing a set of updated and streamlined rules based on player feedback over the years. The look of the game has been redesigned as well.
