Pop Mart Introduces The Naruto Ninkai Taisen Series Figures

Pop Mart, makers of small collectible figures, is flexing their possession of the Naruto license again with a new line — the Naruto Ninkai Taisen Series. This series features twelve renditions of your favorite Naruto characters, each in some kind of action pose, ready for the Shinobi World War.

I have to admit that since Shippuden is 99% filler, I never bothered with most of it, so I have no context for seeing Naruto looking lit up like this. To me, this sight suggests he either obtained a new Saiyan power level or collected all the Chaos Emeralds, two things that are impossible in his universe — although if the Ninja Turtles can cross over to it, who knows what else can.

Naruto’s friends are ready for battle too. The line includes two different variations of Sakura…

two poses for his girlfriend Hinata…

…and two for his sensei Kakashi. He’s in a puddle and has a spiky tar ball with lightning shooting out of it. I have no context for that either. Watch out, I guess.

And of course it wouldn’t be a complete line without an appearance from Naruto’s frenemy Sasuke. He may be stuck in tar (probably from confronting Kakashi) but don’t count his dual blades out yet.

While I don’t know who this is, this may be the closest you ever get to seeing her. It’s the “limited” figure that Pop Mart will only pack into 1 out of every 144 blind boxes. Or you could just buy the complete set and get her that way — do that.

Pop Mart’s Naruto Ninkai Taisen Series Figures are available now.

Omg! New Naruto figures?! This is so cool, gotta get my hands on them ASAP. I love that they're all in action poses, perfect for recreating epic battle scenes. Two Sakuras? That's awesome, gives me options for displaying them. Hinata looks super cute in both poses, gotta snag both for sure. Kakashi in a puddle with lightning? That's hilarious and unexpected, gotta have that one for the laughs. Sasuke stuck in tar? Poor guy, but it's still cool. Now, the big question: who's the limited figure? Don't even tell me, I gotta open all the boxes myself for the thrill of the hunt! Maybe I can convince my friend to split a box set with me, that way we can both get all the figures faster. Ugh, this is gonna drain my wallet, but totally worth it!

Huh, cool Naruto figures! I haven't really kept up with the series since, like, forever, but these look pretty neat. Naruto looks super charged up, wonder what jutsu he's using? Maybe it's a new one from Boruto, haven't seen that yet either. Two versions of Sakura, that's nice. Though, honestly, I would've preferred one of her punching someone. Hinata looks cute, might be a nice gift for my little cousin who's just getting into Naruto. Kakashi in a puddle with lightning? That's kinda weird, but hey, whatever. Sasuke stuck in tar? That's actually funny, gotta admit. The limited figure sounds cool, but opening all those boxes just for one? Nah, I'll just stick to the ones I recognize. Might be fun to grab a couple of these for nostalgia's sake!

New Naruto blind boxes? Sign me up! Gotta get the whole set, no question. Two Sakuras? Interesting, wonder what the difference is. Two Hinatas? Perfect for displaying side-by-side! Kakashi in a puddle with lightning? Okay, that's definitely getting a prominent spot on the shelf. Sasuke stuck in tar? Even a basic Sasuke figure is a must-have. Now, the limited figure... that's the real challenge. Opening 144 boxes? No way. But buying a whole set just for one figure?

New Naruto figures, huh? Interesting. I like that they're all in action poses, makes them more dynamic. But are they worth the price? Gotta check some reviews online before I consider buying any. Blind boxes are a gamble, might be better to just buy the specific figures I want from a collector selling them individually. Especially that limited figure, if it's super rare, the price might skyrocket.
