The Order: 1886 release date has been announced to be early 2015 instead of the original 2014 launch, as stated by the developer Ready at Dawn in a recent PlayStation blog post here: http://tinyurl.com/qj39lhj
The post mainly focuses on the design and artwork put into the Victorian Era London style as well as reasons as to why the release date is being pushed into 2015. In particular, this quote from the blog:
“As we look to bring this experience to the players, we have decided to spend some extra time to deliver on the promise we made when we first introduced the game. As such, you can expect The Order: 1886 to come exclusively to the PlayStation 4 in early 2015.”
This upcoming PS4 exclusive is stated to be appearing at E3 2014.
