Here we have a great new trailer for Pokemon X and Y. I gotta say, as a fan who has been enjoying the series since Red and Blue on the original Gameboy, it’s fantastic to see the series proper move into the realm of three-dimensional graphics. In this trailer we get to see a few new Pokemon and what appears to be the debut of “Pokemon Riding”. Check it out below!

Actually, this will all look so much better if it’s actually 3d, not just polygons instead of pixels. I would assume it would be since it’s for 3ds, but sometimes Nintendo makes funny business decisions about tech. regardless, super excited, and I love the orchestral score instead of the (forget the name) score. The music is a throwback to the viridian forest.
Looks great. But from this video, the combat looks like it could drag on with all that animation..
