Earlier this month we told you about Surge of Power: Revenge of the Sequel, the superhero parody movie from director Vincent J. Roth. Now we know exactly when and where the film is opening.
First introduced in Surge of Power: The Stuff Of Heroes, Roth’s character Surge is the first openly gay superhero in cinematic history. He faces multiple enemies in his latest adventure, from the return of the Metal Master to a new supervillain cabal that calls themselves The Council. Fortunately he’s able to gather an army of allies to combat the threat….
Revenge of the Sequel contains a killer lineup of all-stars from superhero and horror franchises: “Star Trek” actors Nichelle Nichols and Robert Picardo, comedian Bruce Vilanch, Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts, The Exorcist’s Linda Blair, “Buck Rogers in the 25th Century” star Gil Gerard, and Lou Ferrigno, TV’s Incredible Hulk. The sequel has already screened at film festivals and won awards for Best Comedy, Best Villain, Best Special Effects and Most Inspirational Lead Character.
Here is where the film will make its premiere, introduced by Roth himself:
Los Angeles, CA 90028
If you don’t live near either of these places, Revenge of the Sequel will continue to add screens in the weeks following.
